Claire's Coffee sits on Lick Creek Road in the heart of Edwards, and we built it for the people who live here — the farmers, the teachers, the night-shift workers, and the folks who just need a quiet corner before the day gets loud.

We source our beans from roasters who care about how they're grown and who grows them. Our pastries arrive fresh every morning because we believe a croissant shouldn't have to compete with yesterday's. And our espresso machine? It's tuned daily.
